Instructors
Shaun Furneaux and David Cousins are the principal instructors at all Beach Volleyball Academy (BVA) clinics and camps. Shaun and David founded the BVA in 2006, and are the driving force behind all of the academy's programs.

To ensure that the athlete to instructor ratio is low at all clinics and camps, the Beach
Volleyball Academy has added a core group of associate instructors. Each of these individuals is
an accomplished and elite beach volleyball player, with both Canadian and International exposure.
They were selected to enhance our coaching team with their unique set of skills and experience,
and above all, for their passion for beach volleyball.
