Stephanie started playing volleyball for the Forest City Volleyball Club when she was in grade 6.
Through the years her FC teams finished 2nd and 3rd at the National Championships under the coaching of Vaughan Peckham.
Steph also found volleyball success at her high school, Saunders Secondary where she helped her team
win 4 straight TVRAA Championships and earned 3 trips to OFSAA. She was also the recipient of the
Therese Quigley Miss Volleyball Award. Throughout high school she also enjoyed playing beach volleyball
and competed in many OVA beach tournaments.
Deciding to stay in her home town, Steph attends the University of Western Ontario where she
continues to play volleyball. In her rookie season with Western, the team finished 3rd in the
OUA and this past season they claimed OUA gold and gained a lot of praise for their play at Nationals in Quebec City.
Steph is looking forward to sharing her knowledge and love for the sport this summer in Port Stanley.
